Who We Are

California Autohaus is an independent European auto repair shop in Encinitas, at 386 Encinitas Blvd, that specializes in European, British and luxury cars: Audi, BMW, Jaguar, Land Rover, Mercedes-Benz, MINI, Porsche, Volkswagen, Volvo and Sprinter vans. Our technicians are ASE-certified, every repair carries a three-year, 36,000-mile warranty, and we are a licensed California automotive repair dealer (ARD# 302 486).

Our Story

Automotive repair runs in my blood. My father and all five of my uncles were mechanics, so I grew up in the industry. In 2005, I took a leap and opened my very first shop. I failed with that one—and with three more after it—before I finally found the recipe for success. Today, I proudly own and operate four auto repair facilities across San Diego County, and we’re looking to expand even further.

Our Team

Every person here plays a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly, Monday through Friday. We have a corporate office with accountants and an HR director, myself my brother and I steering the company, and each shop is managed by dedicated store managers with the support of a district manager overseeing the bigger picture. We value precision, teamwork, and pride in our craft.

Our Mission

We want our customers to fall in love with their cars again. When you first bought your vehicle, it represented you and your personality. Over time, that machine wears down, and the excitement can fade. Our mission is to reignite that original spark, restoring both your car’s performance and your pride in owning it.

Who We Serve

California Autohaus specializes in servicing European luxury and exotic vehicles for clients across Encinitas, Rancho Santa Fe, Del Mar, Solana Beach, Carlsbad, La Costa, and La Jolla. Solana Beach is three and a half miles from the shop, Del Mar six, Rancho Santa Fe about eight and Carlsbad ten.

No. Under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act a manufacturer cannot void your warranty because an independent shop did the maintenance, as long as the work meets specification and is documented. We document everything.

Three years or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first.
